8. Four high res images of your artwork, as big as you can (www.YouSendIt.com is a good, free way of sending big files) giving their titles and a 40-word captions for each piece.

For traditional art:

Same as above, but also tell us the medium you use, and the size of each piece you send in.

For sketches:

6. 14 sketches, with 30-word captions for each.
